Uniform Information
Band Members of Guns n Hoses do not all wear the same kilt tartan.
Founding members were from various pipe bands. It was decided that each member could honor their past as they formed the new band, Guns n Hoses Pipes n Drums of Southwest Florida.
Over time members with Law Enforcement or Fire department backgrounds began wearing National Police or Fire tartans. Military veterans often wear the tartan of their branch of service. So, we wear the tartan of our choice. The rest of the uniform is not optional. Proper uniform appearance is important and enforced.
